From Bavaria to the Caribbean: beer, bratwurst and beats take over Cancún’s Andrés Quintana Roo Stadium.
Cancún, Quintana Roo – Forget Munich for a second—this October the real party is happening in the Mexican Caribbean. Cancún FC and the German Consulate in Quintana Roo are teaming up to throw an Oktoberfest like no other, right inside the stylish Tourist Lounge at the Andrés Quintana Roo Stadium.
The festival is set for Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11, and promises a mix of German tradition with Cancún’s electric vibe. Think endless beer, authentic food, live entertainment, and yes… plenty of reasons to dance until 2 a.m.
And here’s the fun twist: on opening night, your ticket not only gets you inside the Oktoberfest bash—it also includes access to the big game between Cancún FC and Irapuato. Two parties in one! Friday tickets are going for 300 pesos, while Saturday is a little lighter on the pocket at 200 pesos.
Club VP Giovanni Solazzi spilled the tea during the press conference: “We want Cancún FC to be more than just football. This Oktoberfest is about bringing culture, fun, and tourism together in our home.”
Meanwhile, Honorary Consul Anet Silvia Grace Arens Medina couldn’t hide her excitement either: “It’s such a joy to share Germany’s traditions, our food, and music with Cancún. Oktoberfest is all about joy and togetherness—and that’s exactly what people will feel here.”

The event will also see familiar faces from the German Embassy and long-time community figures. Organizers are already hinting at “surprises” for fans and guests (could that mean secret performances or limited-edition beers? 👀).
So mark your calendars, because this Oktoberfest isn’t just about steins of beer—it’s about mixing German tradition with Caribbean sunshine. And who knows? It might just become Cancún’s hottest annual tradition.
