If you already bought tickets for the Kukulcán show — relax! Your seats are still valid for the new date and venue.
Between October 9 and 15, UTicket will send new QR codes to all buyers via email as part of the seat reassignment process.

Meanwhile, if you purchased physical tickets (in cash or card), you can exchange them at Foro GNP Seguros’ box office starting October 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
