Awards, digital success, and an international presence define the most important year of the artist’s career
2025 marked a turning point for Calle 24, a year in which his musical vision evolved from promise to solid reality within contemporary regional Mexican music. With a clearer artistic identity and a strong connection to new generations, the artist ended the year positioned as one of the most consistent emerging names in the genre.
From the very beginning of the year, his rise was impossible to ignore. His nomination for Breakthrough Artist – Mexican Music at the 37th edition of Premio Lo Nuestro highlighted not only his rapid growth, but also his relevance in an industry eager for fresh voices that respect tradition while pushing boundaries. In a time when Mexican music is undergoing a major transformation, Calle 24 stood out for blending roots with modern influences.
That momentum continued at the 2025 BMI Latin Awards, where he took home three honors for “Crazys,” “Igualito A Mi Apá,” and “Sabor Fresa.” These awards confirmed the strength of his songwriting and his sustained impact across the music industry.
On digital platforms, Calle 24 delivered equally impressive results. His single “SUIZA” remained in the Spotify Mexico Top 50 for six consecutive months, becoming one of the most streamed regional Mexican songs of the year and solidifying his appeal among younger audiences.
Live performances also played a crucial role in his breakout year. In 2025, Calle 24 headlined his first solo concert in Chihuahua, performing to a sold-out Palenque Santa Rita, and expanded his reach internationally with appearances at the Jalo Mexican Fest Sacramento, the first edition of Órale Wey Fest Mex in Colombia, and the 2025 Coca-Cola Flow Fest, one of Latin America’s most influential urban music festivals.
Creatively, the artist maintained a steady stream of releases throughout the year. One of the most notable was “COMO ESTRELLA,” a collaboration with Fuerza Regida featured on the official soundtrack of the Netflix series CELDA 211, which premiered on February 5. This release was followed by key singles that defined his 2025, including “CHÚPAME,” the first preview of his upcoming studio album, as well as “Se Ocupa Tiempo” and “Dios Testigo,” the latter in collaboration with Luis R Conríquez.
Collaborations proved essential to his growing profile. Tracks such as “Amanecido y Regañado” with Chuyin and Jorsshh, “Nena Maldición” alongside Chino Pacas, and “Beses Así,” which closed out the year with Fuerza Regida, reinforced his presence within today’s regional Mexican movement.
With a year defined by awards, international growth, digital milestones, and a well-defined artistic vision, Calle 24 wraps up 2025 as one of the most relevant emerging voices in regional Mexican music, setting the stage for a new creative chapter with global potential.
