Mexico City — Belinda, Danna and Mariana Treviño took the stage at Mexico City’s National Auditorium on Saturday, September 12, for two sold-out performances of Mentiras All Stars, a special musical production that expands the universe of Mentiras, el Musical, one of Mexico’s most successful theatrical phenomena.
Created around the world established by José Manuel López Velarde, Mentiras All Stars brings together three major Mexican performers for a production filled with iconic songs, nostalgia, elaborate costumes and unexpected collaborations.
The sold-out doubleheader at the Auditorio Nacional became one of the production’s most anticipated nights, with Belinda, Danna and Mariana Treviño sharing the stage in a celebration of the music and characters associated with Mentiras.
Danna shines as Yuri
One of the night’s biggest highlights was Danna’s portrayal of Yuri Bosé, a character inspired by Mexican pop icon Yuri. Danna also performed Gata bajo la lluvia, along with other songs during her appearance.
After the show, Danna reflected on the experience with a message that captured the significance of stepping into the Mentiras universe:
“I dreamed I was a liar… Yuri, you arrived at the perfect moment for me.”
The production also praised Danna’s transformation, highlighting the impact of her performance and costume on the National Auditorium stage.
Danna and Belinda deliver a standout moment
Among the most anticipated moments of the evening was Danna and Belinda performing Amiga mía, one of Yuri’s signature hits.
The collaboration brought the audience to its feet and quickly became one of the most talked-about moments from the two sold-out performances.

Mariana Treviño, Belinda and Danna also joined forces to perform Tiempos mejores, adding another memorable moment to a night packed with musical tributes and collaborations.
Following the performances, the production thanked the fans who filled the venue for both shows.
Belinda brings vintage fashion and couture to the stage
Belinda’s wardrobe was another major talking point during Mentiras All Stars.
Among the standout pieces were a Nina Ricci Fall/Winter 1987 design, a vintage dress from the 1950s, and a creation by Tony Ward Couture.
The three looks represented different eras and aesthetics, bringing together archival fashion, drama and glamour as part of the production’s visual identity.
